Summer Engineering Exploration Camp

STEM Camp for High School Students

The Summer Engineering Exploration Camp (SEE Camp) is a one week, residential, co-ed camp hosted by the Society of Women Engineers at the University of Michigan. This camp is for high school students entering grades 10-11, especially those with limited access to engineering resources. Campers will learn about various engineering disciplines and industries, as well as learn more about engineering at the University of Michigan. SEE Camp runs from Sunday, July 6th through Saturday, July 12th, 2025. The 2025 camp will be held in-person with numerous activities throughout the week.

Throughout the week, small teams of students will utilize the engineering design process to solve a design challenge.

Students will go on a tour of campus and tour of the Big House as well as hear from current students and the Office of Admissions.

Campers will participate in the Adventure Leadership Challenge for team building and social activities such as kayaking and tie dying.

Students will engage with a variety of engineering activities that focus on different engineering disciplines.
